Construction Management

As a Construction Management firm, we bring years of accumulated knowledge and experience to your team. Our services include consulting and recommendations to the owner on construction feasibility, available material and labor, and projected costs. We review and refine budget estimates, solicit the interest of subcontractors, and assist the owner in awarding contracts.

Services during the construction phase include maintaining competent jobsite supervision, coordinating work and progress of subcontractors, developing and monitoring a project progress schedule, and conducting meetings to provide status reports and review costs.

As a General Contractor, Mid-Plains will perform and/or supervise the construction or development of a project with respect to the terms of the contract, plans, and specifications. We may use our own employees to perform the work or enlist the services of subcontractors. As with construction management, we maintain supervision, coordinate work and progress, recommend and process change orders, review and process pay applications, and provide status reports to the client.

Pre-Construction Services

Mid-Plains has the experience necessary to assist school administrators in the preparation of a professional preliminary cost estimate per square foot. This guidance is significant to ensure the construction and financing connected to the bond is appropriate.
