50 years after original construction, this building was in need of serious updating. We performed a complete interior and exterior renovation which included new fire alarm, fire sprinkler, energy efficient heating & air conditioning with integrated control, security system including integration of other buildings, new plumbing and new electrical.  5,500 square feet of additional storage was obtained by installing a mezzanine in the old assembly hall. A commercial kitchen was added and male/female showers were constructed.  When the original building was constructed, there was no need for female facilities.
