10,000 SF Office building. As part of the integrated design team our goal was to meet a LEED Bronze certification. Through extra effort we achieved a LEED Silver certification. The building features natural lighting to reduce energy usage, energy efficient heating and air conditioning and low water usage fixtures. Outdoor landscaping consists of plants that need little or no irrigation.
